Terms and Conditions for Digital Ad Van Services
Welcome to **LUMONIX**! By using our digital ad van services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Service Overview**
We provide a service where your advertisement will be displayed on our digital screens while our van drives through a specific area or route agreed upon prior to the campaign.
2. **Route and Traffic Conditions**
The agreed route will be followed as closely as possible. However:
- If traffic slows, the van will proceed at the speed of the traffic.
- In the event of a roadblock, we reserve the right to take an alternative route to ensure continuity of the campaign.
3. **Extreme Weather Conditions**
Normal rain will not affect the service, and the van will continue driving as planned.
In cases of extreme rain, storms, or high winds, we reserve the right to:
- Rebook the campaign for another day at no additional cost.
- Issue a full refund if rebooking is not possible.
4. **Van Breakdowns**
If the van experiences a mechanical breakdown during your campaign, we will issue a full refund for the affected period.
5. **Live Tracking**
We provide live online tracking so you can monitor the van’s location in real-time.
Occasionally, tracking data may be temporarily offline due to technical issues. In such cases, the van will continue operating, and the campaign will proceed as planned.
6. **Customer Responsibilities**
Customers are responsible for providing their advertisement in the required format and size specifications before the campaign begins.
Any delays in providing the advertisement may result in rescheduling of the campaign.
7. **Refund Policy**
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a van breakdown or extreme weather that prevents the campaign from continuing.
No refunds will be provided for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, or tracking issues.
8. **Cancellation Policy**
- If the client cancels at least 1 week before the scheduled start of the driving campaign, a full refund will be issued.
- If the client cancels within 1 week of the scheduled start of the driving campaign, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
9. **Driving Hours and Traffic Delays**
- Our driving campaigns typically start from **11:00 AM** and run until **7:00 PM**, which is considered the most effective viewing time.
- If traffic causes a delay of less than **2.5 hours** from the scheduled start time, the van will continue operating for the full **8-hour** period on that day.
- If traffic causes a delay of more than **2.5 hours**, the campaign will still continue for the day but will end at **7:00 PM**. In this case, a **50% refund** will be issued for that day.
10. **Limitation of Liability**
**LUMONIX** is not responsible for delays or deviations caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, roadblocks, extreme weather, or temporary tracking outages.
Advertisements displayed must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement deemed inappropriate or illegal.

By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Digital Ad Design Services
By purchasing our 'digital advertisement design service', you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
We offer a design service to create a digital advertisement tailored to your brand for display on our digital ad van screens.
2. Feedback and Iterations
Included in the service price are two (2) iterations of changes to the design based on your feedback. After the second iteration, any additional changes will incur a charge of £50 per change.
3. Usage of the Design
If you are not satisfied with the design after the second iteration and do not wish to proceed with additional paid changes, you may not use the design for any purpose.
Ownership of the design remains with LUMONIX until the final design is approved and fully paid for, including any additional charges for extra changes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide clear and detailed feedback for revisions within the agreed timeframes to ensure efficient completion of the project.
Ensure all feedback is consolidated and submitted in writing to avoid delays.
5. Payment Terms
The service fee covers the initial design and up to two iterations.
Additional changes will be charged at £50 per change, payable before further revisions are made.
6. Limitation of Liability
LUMONIX will not be held liable for any delays or dissatisfaction resulting from unclear or incomplete feedback.
Designs are created for display on our digital ad van screens and are not guaranteed to be compatible with other formats or platforms.
